Candlelight brings the greatest hits of Queen and ABBA to the Französische Friedrichstadtkirche at the Französischer Dom on Gendarmenmarkt. A string quartet performs them live while thousands of candles light up the hall: 65 minutes of music from Dancing Queen to We Are The Champions.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. If this is the case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. The Flexible Refund Ticket only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us via the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Französischer Dom (Gendarmenmarkt 5, 10117 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
Underground: U6 Französische Straße, U2/U6 Stadtmitte station. Bus: 147 Französische Straße underground station.
Are food and drinks available?
Food and drinks can be purchased on site, on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please get in touch with us via Fever's contact form if you need to be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there a car park?
General parking is available for a fee at Gendarmenmarkt and in nearby car parks.
What is Candlelight Foto?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in an area specially set up by us for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy Candlelight Foto at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We'll carry out your photo session before or after the concert. However, to allow enough time for taking your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it to begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Should I bring warm clothing?
Yes. In winter, the Französischer Dom can get cold, so please bring warm clothing.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
