About the venuePalazzo della Luce

Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Premium: excellent visibility. Zone A: good visibility. Zone B: average visibility. Zone C: limited visibility.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers won't be allowed in.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets in the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat during the concert, except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. Tickets aren't sold on-site: they must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my companion?
Anyone who needs assistance during the event is entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document proving the need for assistance and we'll send you a code to get the free ticket. You'll need to show the document along with the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, logging in with the same profile used to make the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect the experience (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
