- Not accessible for wheelchairs.
- Morning is the best time to visit.
- Minimum age requirement is 5 years.
- Kids under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Assistance dogs allowed and can stay in the disabled area of the Edinburgh Castle.
- Each visitor is allowed 1 regular-sized suitcase + 1 piece of hand luggage (max 15kg).
- Prohibited items include umbrellas, glass, flash photography, alcohol, smoking, and sharp objects.
- Show your smartphone tickets at the designated meeting point. Check-in time is 08:30 and the tour departs at 08:45.
- After the tour, you will return to Edinburgh around 17:30 and have free time to explore the city before going to the evening performance of the Military Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle.
- You will receive your ticket for the show during the tour.
- Request an audio guide from one of the team members when checking in for the tour. Note that the audio guide is only for the tour and not the Military Tattoo.
- Food and drinks are not included.
