Celebrate Halloween with a Candlelight concert at Union in Rockford. A string quartet performs haunting film and TV themes, pop favorites and eerie classical works live, in a room lit only by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

    Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: best visibility. Zone B: great visibility. Zone C: good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caregiver. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid with a credit card or PayPal account, the full ticket price will be credited back to your account; the money may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to buy the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and by the number 11 and 12 buses.
Is there food served?
There will be no food available, but there may be a selection of drinks available for purchase.

Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
When do doors open? Can I arrive late?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
