Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app — sign in with the same method used to purchase. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email (check your spam folder too).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket — just show the QR code in the Fever app or your purchase confirmation email upon entry.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on the availability of other sessions, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. Contact us here, quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds available?
No refunds will be offered. Changes to alternative dates and times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into three seating zones: Orchestra, Loge and Balcony.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
All tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll provide a voucher code — you'll need to show this along with your ticket to enter.
Is there an age limit to attend a performance?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking available?
There are parking decks near the venue, and street parking is available. It is highly encouraged to use local transportation or ride share apps.
What is the venue's bag policy?
The Rococo Theatre has a clear bag policy: only clear bags and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. No large bags, backpacks, flashlights, laser pointers, or recording devices are permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Orchestra zone does have wheelchair accessibility, with limited seating available for wheelchairs. If you find that no accessible tickets are available, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
Will food or drinks be available?
There will be no food for sale at this venue, but drinks are available for sale.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a service dog by contacting us here.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography of any kind is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist gives instructions. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue due to the nature of the Candlelight Concert, and you will not be refunded — please make sure to arrive on time and with plenty of time to spare.
