What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience – front row seat with the best visibility. Zone A – great visibility. Zone B – good visibility. Zone C – slightly restricted visibility. Zone D – restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Nearby paid options include MacArthur Central Car Park (flat night rate around $12 between 4–9:30pm — note it closes at 9:30pm, so it doesn't suit the later show) and Wilson Parking at 12 Creek Street/Blue Tower Car Park (flat night rate around $15 between 5–10pm). Metered street parking is also available nearby.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
You must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer/caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — then contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Wheelchair access is via the southern side doors (on the Chapel side), and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. If you need wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and latecomers cannot be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience. The Cathedral doesn't have air conditioning and can get warm in summer, so feel free to bring a hand fan, dress accordingly, and bring a cushion for comfort.
Can I bring animals to the venue?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece of the performance, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent for the rest of the show.
How do I get to the venue?
Cathedral of St Stephen, 249 Elizabeth St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. It's in the heart of Brisbane City — the main entrance is on Elizabeth St, with the grounds also accessible via the rear entrance on Charlotte St. By public transport: Central Station is a 5-minute walk through Anzac Square and Post Office Square Park, Riverside Ferry Terminal is a 4-minute walk, and there's a bus stop right at the front entrance (Stop ID 000089). Check the TransLink website for train, bus and ferry times.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
Snapshot by Candlelight is an optional add-on photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a dedicated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). It's best to book it online in advance — on-site purchases are only available if it hasn't sold out, are limited to card payments, and get lower priority than online bookings. Photos are taken before or after the show; venue staff will let you know when and where. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show at collection, and you must collect your printed photo before leaving, as none can be kept for you afterward. Refunds are only given if the photo experience itself is cancelled for internal reasons.
