What are the different types of tickets?
There are four ticket categories: category A, category B, category C and category D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do this, fill in Fever's contact form and send us all the necessary supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy your tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and you meet these conditions, contact Fever customer service with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. How can I get there?
Entry to the Salle du Grand Tinel is via the entrance to the Centre de congrès du Palais des Papes, on the square. There is public transport nearby. Remember to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Bus: line 706, Aubanel and Porte de l'Oulle stops. Car parks: Parking Palais des Papes (Rue Ferruce, 84000 Avignon) and Parking Indigo Avignon Oratoire (28 Bis Rue Joseph Vernet, 84000 Avignon).
Will drinks be available?
No.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except assistance animals.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
