Dining in the Dark: A Unique Blindfolded Dining Experience at City Club

The most you will be in the dark for is approximately 90 minutes if you manage to skip restroom breaks! We do advise that you remain in the dark for the full event to experience the true and fullest experience.

Your table will be presented to you on arrival, with the help of our staff you will be taken to your seats. Our seating plans are done 4 days prior to the event, upon collecting your order forms so it is vital we receive your order forms on time.

Please refer to your tickets to review your session time. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to your session.

Doors will close at the event start time. No late seating will be accommodated. Please arrive on time to ensure an uninterrupted experience for all attendees. We will be opening doors 15-20 minutes prior to the event!

Yes, you can sit with your friends. We encourage you to purchase all tickets for your party in one order to ensure the restaurant has prepared for your group size. Please Note: some seating is communal and you may be seated with other guests.

No, the ticket includes the 3 course meal. At the end of the evening you will receive a check for any additional drink purchases, plus 20% drink service charge, and $16 food service charge.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) at the venue. Ticket(s) can only be validated with the staff of the venue. Once validated, ticket(s) cannot be reused.

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

The event will have several sessions available with a variety of dates. However, there will be a very limited number of tickets available per date so we advise securing your favoured dates early.

Tickets cannot be transferred for this event.

Business Casual Men: Collared shirt (including polo shirt) tucked in, slacks (or khakis) and closed-toe leather dress shoes (or equivalent military or public agency uniform or native attire). A jacket is not required. Casual dress does not include shorts of any kind, tattered or worn blue jeans, or similar outerwear, or t-shirts, sleeveless or non-collared shirts, or traditional dress/sport shirts with shirt-tails left untucked. Women: Dress, skirt, pantsuit, slacks or denim and blouse, sweater or top and dress shoes including open or closed-toe shoes, mules, loafer and dressy sandals (or equivalent military or public agency uniform or native dress). No, we have a no phone’s policy to stop flashes from cameras. The aim is to provide an authentic experience for all. Photos can be taken on personal devices upon request.
