Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), signed in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal caretaker. Once you've bought your ticket (you must already hold a valid ticket to apply), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase your free caretaker ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you must show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. In that case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (where available for this event) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required to claim the refund. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another person.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry once it has begun is not possible.
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place?
In the Spiegelsaal (Mirror Hall) of the Congressforum Frankenthal, Stephan-Cosacchi-Platz 5, 67227 Frankenthal.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take the RE/RB train from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof to Frankenthal station, just 650 m (a few minutes' walk) from the Congressforum. By car: coming from Mannheim/Landau, take the Oggersheim motorway junction, exit 7 onto the B9 towards Frankenthal, then take the Frankenthal-Studernheim/Süd exit. Coming from Kaiserslautern and Mainz, take the Frankenthal exit, motorway exit 22, and follow signs towards the centre/Congressforum.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue has its own parking. The P7 Congressforum car park is located at the Congressforum Frankenthal.
Is there food and drink available?
No, there is no food or drink for sale at this venue.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted at the venue. Pets are not allowed.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
