At La Nef, in Namur, Queen's greatest hits come to life with live music, in a candlelit hall. A Candlelight concert to rediscover a legendary repertoire in an intimate atmosphere.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium, Category A, Category B, Balcony.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, please fill in this form and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.

The concert takes place at La Nef, Rue St Nicolas 2, 5000 NAMUR.
How can I get there?
BUS: 1, 2, 3, 9 and 80 - Namur place d'Armes. PARKING: Parking Beffroi. We recommend prioritising public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event.

Pets are not allowed.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert will start on time. The audience must be seated before the concert begins. In the event of a delay, we won't be able to let you into the hall, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other spectators.
What happens if the concert can't go ahead due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/date change), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and all have tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to find you seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do so, simply click on "Transfer tickets" from your Fever app. For further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, we'll light the hall with electronic candles with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
