St. Matthäus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?
The experience takes place at St. Matthäus church (Nußbaumstraße 1, 80336 Munich). Nearest U-Bahn, tram and bus stop: Sendlinger Tor. Nearest S-Bahn station: Karlsplatz (Stachus).
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
The concert takes place indoors. Tickets are available for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending, via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant proof; we'll then provide you with a voucher to redeem the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and late entry once it has begun is not possible.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, there is no food or drink for sale.
Can I bring pets?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available nearby at the Sonnenhof car park and near the Kustermann parking area.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package is a one-of-a-kind photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll get a personalised photo session in a specially set-up area and, as a keepsake, one printed instant photo in a Polaroid-style finish per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" on site?
Photos can be bought on site while stock lasts. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets are given priority over on-site purchases. On site, we only accept card payments — cash is not accepted.
When is my photo taken?
Your photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure we have enough time for the shoot, we prefer to hold it after the concert.
When and where do I get my photo?
You can choose your favourite photo on site before it's printed; our team will then print your selection and you can take it with you. Once you're inside the venue, our staff will give you further details on the exact location of the photo session. Please remember to collect your photos, as we can't store them for later — if you leave the venue without them, neither a refund nor a rescheduling will be possible.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In that case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
