Celebrate the holidays at Candlelight: Holiday Special featuring “The Nutcracker” and More, a magical concert experience surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles. Enjoy a festive string quartet performance inspired by beloved holiday classics and highlights from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, in the stunning surroundings of Memorial Hall in Cincinnati.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 65 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

About the venueMemorial Hall OTR
Memorial Hall, located in Over-the-Rhine, is a historic venue featuring a 556-seat theater with exceptional acoustics, decorative murals, and Tiffany chandeliers. It also houses a special collection of local artwork and artifacts. With over 250 events hosted annually, it's a popular spot for performances and functions.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: raised VIP/box seating at the back of the ground floor. Zone B: ground floor seating. Zones C and D: seating at the higher back of the ground floor or on the first level of the balcony (ticket prices are the same for both zones). Zone E: balcony seating, accessible by stairs only.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. This only applies to tickets purchased with the flexible cancellation add-on, which is not included with every ticket.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price is credited back to your account; it can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app, separate from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible cancellation option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. Use this voucher to buy a new date and/or time for the same experience.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to have your ticket refunded.

How do I get to the venue?
Memorial Hall is located across the street from Washington Park, a few blocks from the 14th & Elm streetcar stop, and across the street from the Elm St & Washington Park bus stop (buses 21 and 64).
Is there food served?
No food is served, but a selection of drinks is available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is Candlelight Photo?
Candlelight Photo is a paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue while supplies last. Guests who buy it online when purchasing their tickets get priority over on-site purchases, which are limited to card payments only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to allow enough time for your photo.
When do I get my results?
You'll choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert, so you can collect them at the exit afterwards; please make sure to collect your pictures before leaving, as they cannot be kept for you. If you forget to collect your pictures, we're unable to offer a refund or reschedule.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain where the photo experience takes place once you are inside the venue, and announcements will be made so guests don't forget. Feel free to ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo opportunity?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for Candlelight Photo?
Refunds for Candlelight Photo are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you'll be refunded for the purchased add-on.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Pack purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it is tied to the specific date and venue of this concert, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
