What are the ticket types?

Tickets are grouped by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the show last?

The show lasts about 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place in the Oglethorpe Ballroom, through the main lobby of The DeSoto Hotel, located at 15 E Liberty Street, between Madison and Chippewa Square.

Is food available?

No food is served, but there's a cash bar during the show and restaurants on-site for dinner before or after.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is parking available?

There is a paid parking garage on-site, accessible from Liberty Street, plus additional paid and street parking in the area.

What's the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to that specific date and location, all online Candle 3-Pack purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up — all sales are final.
