Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (Floor seats, premium visibility), Zone B (Floor seats, great visibility) and Zone C (Mezzanine 1 & 2, good visibility).
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
There will be no food served at this event. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase before the performance.
Is there parking available?
Outdoor parking is available behind Allard Hall, and underground parking is available in the Allard Hall Parkade (Park E).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the venue is accessible via ramp and elevators.

The venue is accessible via LRT (MacEwan Station). Parking is accessible at 104 Ave/112 St. Enter through Allard Hall to access the venue entrance.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
