Wok and curry:

• Chicken and prawn pad thai with seasonal vegetables, fresh rice noodles and crushed peanuts
• Stir-fried dry summer ramen with homemade teriyaki and salmon

Uramakis

• Uramaki of spicy tuna with chipotle kimuchi 
• Salmon Uramaki with avocado, cucumber, wakame and black tobiko roe
• Tempura shrimp Uramaki with fresh cucumber, avocado and wasabi emulsion

Brasas and yakitori:

• Yakitori of Madrilenian style meatballs stewed in Korean broth of roasted tomatoes with lime leaves (1 pc/dinner)
• Beef entrecôte with sichimi togarasi chimichurri and yogurt and cucumber sauce (1 pc/dinner)
• Bao of Iberian pork belly stewed in master broth with beet pickles and olives (1 pc/comensal)

Raw and cold:

• Warm broccoli wok au gratin with toasted sesame sauce, goat cheese and edamame

• Chinese barbecue chicken dumplin with black garlic soy and tapioca coral (5 pcs.)
