Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, which lets you request a full refund (no documentation needed) or exchange for another date up to 48 hours before the event, minus a 10% fee for refunds. Please note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue offers indoor seating, with assigned seats for every guest.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
This venue is ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available in Zone C. A ramp is available near the main doors that allows access into the building, and elevators are available to bring guests to the Theater.
Is there food served?
No, there is no food or drink available and no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for all guests in the main lot, located on the west side of the building (entrance off North Street).
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and the Balcony good visibility. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What's the policy for the Candle 3-Pack add-on?
The Candle 3-Pack must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As it's tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
