GAST Event Center is a historic venue located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Originally built in 1929 as the 2nd Church of Christian Scientists, this beautifully restored property now serves as an enchanting event center. Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — just contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A is the first few rows closest to the stage, Zone B is the middle section between Zone A and C, and Zone C is the back rows. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — all tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
There is a full service bar on site, but no food is served.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking onsite.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the Gast Event Center is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Where is the venue and how do I get there?
The experience takes place at 1429 Terrace Drive, Tulsa, OK 74104 (German American Society of Tulsa), located close to Downtown. Driving, ride sharing or public transportation are all viable options to get there.
