Ein wunderschöner Raum! Das Konzert war super, Pink Floyd von diesem Streicherquartett war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis! Kleine Anregung: Es wäre toll, wenn eine kleine Info gegeben würde, wenn es gar keine Getränke vor Ort gibt. Sonst auch organisatorisch alles super!!!

About the venueMeistersaal am Potsdamer Platz
The Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz is a famous concert hall in Berlin, known for its use as Studio 2 of the Hansa recording studios. David Bowie called it "the big hall by the wall" and recorded albums here. Iggy Pop also recorded in the Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz, as did U2 in 1990. The Meistersaal am Potsdamer Platz got its name because journeymen received their master's certificates here.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under these standard terms.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For select events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can do so up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documents required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. There is no interval, doors open 30 minutes before the show, and late entry once the concert has started is not possible.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Send us your supporting documentation after purchasing your ticket; we'll then provide a voucher code for the free caretaker ticket, subject to availability. Please show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is right next to Potsdamer Platz station, which can be reached by several S-Bahn, U-Bahn and regional train lines, as well as multiple bus lines.
Is there parking available?
There are car parks nearby (Tiefgarage Potsdamer Platz, Parkplatz Martin-Gropius-Bau).
Is food or drink available?
No, food and drinks are not for sale at this event.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything for your visit.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving.
What is the “Candlelight Photo” add-on?
An optional, paid add-on: you get photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake. Photos can also be bought on-site until sold out (card only, no cash), though online bookings are given priority. The photo session usually takes place after the concert; you choose your photo on-site to be printed and must collect it there, as photos can't be kept for later. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
