About the venueMagnolia Hall
Magnolia Hall is one of Atlanta’s premier event facilities located in the heart of Piedmont Park. Built in 1945, this building was originally used by blacksmith’s. The original fireplace remains in place to this day, adding to the charming atmosphere of the venue.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your originally purchased event, based on availability; please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket and how does it work?
It's an add-on option that lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts, with no documentation required (note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user). If you choose a refund, you'll get the ticket price back except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option itself (it may take 10+ days to show on your statement, or you'll get a new voucher if you paid with one). If you choose an exchange, you'll receive a voucher of the same value, redeemable only for the same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts about 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility) and Standing Room (Decent Visibility).

Magnolia Hall at Piedmont Park, 1322 Monroe Dr NE, Atlanta, 30306.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your zone.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car, rideshare and public transport.
Is there food or drink available?
There will be a cash bar serving drinks, with last call at 9:45 p.m.
Is parking available?
Yes. The parking garage must be accessed from the 1322 Monroe Dr entrance, not the Atlanta Botanical Garden entrance. It's a cashless garage, so be prepared to pay with a credit or debit card. Piedmont Park parking is on the bottom two floors. We encourage guests to consider rideshare or public transportation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. You'll need to show it along with your tickets to enter the venue.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. Since the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
