Don't miss Midsommarfest, the signature festival that celebrates the traditional Swedish holiday of Midsommar with dancing, singing, and crowning of summer flowers around the maypole. From June 9-11 come explore Andersonville, a Chicago northside neighborhood famous for its Swedish heritage. Throughout three nights and two days this festival hosts five stages of music featuring more than 50 artists, and a shopping area with 100 vendors, including local merchants and artisans.
