  • Beautiful setting, really spectacular with all the candles. Loved the different sounds in the therapy especially the gong. Only issue was being in the one position for so long. My previous experience with sound therapy has been in combination with Yin Yoga. Maybe as an option we could start seated, then move to the laying. Incorporating some movement would be good. But regardless really enjoyed it.
