All guests must be 8 or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket: this lets you request a full refund (minus a 10% fee on the flexible option) or a coupon of the same value up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required; the coupon can only be used to rebook the same experience. Refunds to card or PayPal may take more than 10 days to appear on your statement.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and no entry is possible once the concert has begun.

Is food and drink served?

No food or drink is available inside the concert hall. If the hotel bar is open, drinks and food can be bought before or after the concert, but not during it.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Is there parking available?

No, the venue does not have parking.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B or C, depending on the visibility you'd like.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the box office. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before requesting this), please contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

It's an optional ticket (available for selected events) that lets you request a full refund, minus a 10% fee, or change your ticket to a different date/time of the same experience, up to 48 hours before it starts and with no documents required. If it's transferred to someone else, it's no longer refundable.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
