This fun class will begin with a brief overview of the tea’s history where you will learn everything you need to know about this delicious drink. Then, cook the boba with the rest of the group and follow the instructor’s tips for the rest of the process. You will be making brown sugar Assam milk tea, lychee or passion jasmine tea, and handmade boba. After this class, you will be able to make a variety of boba drinks and customize them to your taste!
