Prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the right type of fish, and use fresh ingredients. You’ll be making a Firecracker roll with shrimp tempura and a Philadelphia roll with smoked salmon, veggies, and cream cheese. The instructor will also teach you how to make a fresh vegetable spring roll with vermicelli rice noodles and veggies.
