Description
The Midnight Gardeners League, a comedy secret society that's open to the public, presents Capitalism: The Game Show! where stand-up comedians will face improv games based on every stage of Western civilization, from medieval bartering to justifying child labor during the Industrial Revolution. Along with their normal sets, they will compete to snatch whatever they can! The League creates uniquely-themed, 90-minute shows that combine stand-up, sketch, multimedia, and improv. They've been performing since 2017 and regularly sell out shows at the DC Improv Comedy Club. They've also performed at various comedy festivals across the country.
