- Really wonderful, thank you Katie! 45 minutes of sound bath and 30 minutes of savasana and meditation where everyone is asked to chant Om. I enjoyed the meditation but my partner has pretty severe social anxiety so I do wish the event description had included that there would be a participatory element. Definitely recommend :)
