Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under these conditions; you can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, this option lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return your flexible refund ticket if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. No interval is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry once the concert has begun is not possible.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food and drink available?
Drinks can be purchased on-site; food is not available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, about 50 parking spaces are available, in the car park on the Schwanenhöfe premises right after the entrance from Erkrather Straße. The car park is open around the clock.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant proof; you will then receive a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with limited mobility. To reach the platform, use the ramp to the left of the fitness studio, then turn right and then left.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A (VIP zone, front row), Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at Event-Theater Schwanenhöfe (Erkrather Straße 234b, 40233 Düsseldorf).
How do I get there by public transport?
By U-Bahn, take the U75 to Kettwiger Straße. By bus, line 810 goes to Kettwiger Straße (alternatively lines 734, 736, 810, 815 or NE4 to Ronsdorfer Straße). By tram, line 706 goes to Kettwiger Straße. From either the Kettwiger or Ronsdorfer Straße stop, turn onto Erkrather Straße and walk about 500 m to number 234.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out this form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
