The Schauburg, built in 1912, is one of the first permanent cinemas. In 1944, the building was almost completely destroyed in an air raid, but was quickly rebuilt and was provisionally reopened as the first cinema in Dortmund in the summer of 1945. Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under these conditions; you can find more information in our terms and conditions.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

Available for selected events, this option lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return your flexible refund ticket if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes. No interval is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry once the concert has begun is not possible.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food and drink available?

Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert; food is not available.

Is there parking available?

No, the theatre does not have its own parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant proof; you will then receive a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

No, unfortunately the venue does not have wheelchair access.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place at Lichtspiel und Kunsttheater Schauburg (Brückstraße 66, 44135 Dortmund). The theatre is just a 10 minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us directly via this form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
