Amazing performance. Was a little warm in the church being that it was the middle of august. Totally understandable. The staff kindly handed out fans so we could keep cool. Friendly staff and amazing artists!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, based on availability; contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
Available on selected events, it lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. No documentation is needed to claim it, and you can cancel by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user).
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, you'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price except the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option. Refunds go back to your original payment method (10+ days to appear) or, if you used a voucher, you'll get a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. If you choose an exchange instead, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to book a new date/time for the same experience.

How long does the experience last?
65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts.

Queen Street parking garage (93 Queen St) and Majestic Square (corner of Archdale and Market streets) offer nearby parking. Limited parking is available behind Gage Hall.
Is there food or drink available?
There will be no food or beverage at the venue.

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
