Aah, gnocchi, those pillowy potato dumplings are in a pasta category of their own! In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi and walk away with an understanding of the importance of the ingredients used and how to pick the best potatoes for making gnocchi at home. Learn to master the recipe for handmade gnocchi in the most authentic way, from our Italian Chef Instructor.
