About the venueSanctuary Church Birmingham

Sanctuary's building is an English Gothic structure with gargoyles over the front stoop and historic and deep roots in Birmingham. The church was dedicated in 1929 and is constructed of Indiana limestone and adorned with classic architecture and structural details that are both beautiful and serve as reminders of craftsmanship and community.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within your zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us indicating your ticket ID.

65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
