Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase; your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for zone A, B and C.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

65 minutes. There is no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors with assigned seating, at Lichtspiel und Kunsttheater Schauburg (Brückstraße 66, 44135 Dortmund), just a 10-minute walk from the main train station.

Is food or drink served?

Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us directly via this form if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

Is there parking available?

No, the theatre has no parking of its own.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?
