No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket was purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times remain possible up to 48 hours before the start time of your originally purchased event, subject to availability.

Available for select events only, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts. You'll receive a refund of the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, or a voucher of equal value valid only for the experience originally booked — note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Keep in mind that a flexible cancelation ticket becomes permanently non-refundable once it's transferred.

The show lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start — late arrivals will not be permitted.

It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food are available for additional purchase. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.

Yes — the venue is ADA compliant.

It's a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area, and receive a printed picture in a polaroid style as a souvenir — one instant picture per purchase.

You can buy the add-on online when you buy your concert tickets, or at the venue while supplies last (online buyers get priority, and on-site purchases are card-only, no cash). Your photo is taken before the event, with the photo booth closing 10 minutes before the concert starts — arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for it. You'll pick your favourite shot before it's printed, and collect the physical print at the exit; staff can't hold onto pictures for you afterwards. Refunds aren't offered for this add-on unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
