Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected events): this lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. Note that a Flexible Refund ticket transferred to another person is no longer eligible for a refund.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Is food and drink available?
There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, wheelchair-accessible seating is no longer available for these events. The venue is not wheelchair accessible and does not have accessible toilets.
Is there parking available?
The venue doesn't have its own car park, but there are parking garages nearby (Groß St. Martin, Philharmonie and the Am Dom car park).
What does the 'Candlelight Photo' package include?
The 'Candlelight Photo' package offers an exclusive photo experience for guests who add it on: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. Photos can be bought at the venue until they sell out (card payment only, no cash), and guests who book the package online together with their ticket get priority over those buying on site. The photo session usually takes place after the concert; your photos are printed on site and must be collected then, as they cannot be kept for later (no refund or new appointment if you leave without them). As proof of your booking, you'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Refunds for the photo experience are only given if it has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal companion. After purchasing your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents so we can provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You must show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Senftöpfchen Theater (Große Neugasse 2-4, 50667 Cologne).
Will I be assigned a seat automatically?
Yes, you'll automatically be assigned the best available seat within your chosen price zone. To sit together with friends or family, make sure all tickets are bought in the same purchase. Once assigned, seats cannot be changed afterwards or on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
