Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logged in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID in such a case. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (available for select events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. This right is lost if the ticket is transferred to another user.
What ticket types are available?
There are Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility) tickets.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must first hold a valid ticket of your own before applying; contact us for more information.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; please arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can assign you a seat within your zone. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How do I get to the venue?
Collingwood Town Hall is within walking distance of Collingwood train station and several bus lines.
Is there food or drink available?
Drinks are available for purchase at the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This optional package offers a photo experience in a dedicated area, with one printed Polaroid-style instant picture per purchase, taken before the concert starts. It can also be bought on site while stocks last (card payment only, no cash); guests who book it online in advance are given priority.
