You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logged in with the email used for your purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time on your original ticket. No refund is given in this case; contact us with your ticket ID.

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D (Balcony).

No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. They must be bought through the app or feverup.com before you arrive.

The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and latecomers will not be admitted.
