Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same email you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. In that case, contact us with your ticket ID. No refund is possible under any circumstances.

How does the Flexible Refundable Ticket work?

With the Flexible Refundable Ticket (only available for select events), you can request a full refund with no documentation up to 48 hours before the experience starts. This right is lost once the ticket is transferred to another person.

Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal caregiver. After purchasing your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher for the free caregiver ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site; they must be bought through the app or the website before you attend.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?

By public transport: bus 36 to Bornwiesenweg, or the U-Bahn to Willy-Brandt-Platz (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U8), as well as regional trains from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. By car: Finkenhofstraße 17, Frankfurt a.M./city centre.

Is food or drink available?

Every guest receives a free welcome drink; further drinks can be bought at the bar. Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed, and guests carrying outside food or drink may be denied entry.

Is parking available?

Yes, at the Parkhaus am Theater car park (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).

Is there a minimum age to attend?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Can I bring an animal?

No, animals, including service animals, are not allowed at this venue.

What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?

This optional package offers a photo experience in a dedicated area, with one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase. It can also be bought on site while stocks last (card payment only, no cash); guests who book it online in advance are given priority.
