Es war wunderschön 🤩

Die Vivaldis Vier Jahreszeiten im Knies Zauberhut war wunderschön und wir können dies nur weiterempfehlen. Der Zauberhut von Knie ist für diesen Anlass einfach perfekt. :-)

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Please send us proof after purchasing your own ticket; you'll then receive a voucher for the free carer ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does my ticket also give me access to the zoo?

No. Your Candlelight ticket does not include a visit to the zoo. Please go directly to the concert hall and leave the grounds by the same direct route after the concert. Entry to the zoo grounds is only possible from 45 minutes before the concert starts.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available in this case. For selected dates, a Flexible Refund Ticket is also available: cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with no interval.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your zone.

Is food or drink available?

No food is served in the concert hall. Drinks can be bought at the bar.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
