Le palais de la Bourse est un cadre magnifique dans lequel l'ambiance candelight s'intégrant parfaitement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prestation des pianistes et l'univers musical de Einaudi. C'était notre troisième expérience, et ce ne sera pas la dernière car nous sommes devenus fans. Merci Fever 😊

What are the different ticket types?

There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site: they must all be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?

This concert is reserved for people aged 8 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You will find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the concert stated on your original ticket. For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
