Amazing event

My first time experience was truly magical. I enjoyed watching the concert at Versace and loved how the stage was set out so that everyone could be very close and enjoy the art of every instrument and musician. Will definitely be back to watch another concert. Thank you for a wonderful experience and an unforgettable night ❤

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Yes, there will be a bar onsite. If you'd like to eat at one of the Hotel Restaurants pre-show, we recommend booking first by calling 07 5509 8000.

Is parking available?

Yes, free private parking is available on site with no reservation needed, along with valet parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is 100m from the surf beach, 3km north of Surfers Paradise, and walking distance to Sea World theme park, next to the Marina Mirage shopping centre.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
