BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Archaeological Museum of Alicante, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Tickets cannot be bought at Archaeological Museum of Alicante. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
You can dress casually and informally, as there is no strict dress code. The important thing is that you feel comfortable while listening to the music.
The Candlelight: Tribute to Ennio Morricone in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
RULES & EXPERIENCE
Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.
MY TICKETS
Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
