The Candlelight: Tribute to Ennio Morricone in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Will there be food and drink service at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the atmosphere and respect the artists, you may only leave your seat in case of an urgent need. Thank you for helping us keep the magic alive!

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Ennio Morricone in Alicante?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.

As soon as you enter Archaeological Museum of Alicante, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
