Description
An outrageous dark comedy you can sink your teeth into! Seventeenth century teenager Elizabeth Bathory has it all: an eccentric, domineering mother, a lascivious priest obsessed with corporal punishment, and a strange thirst for feeling the life drain out of the living. Funny, witty, and dark as Bathory's own mind, this is the origin story of the world’s first vampire. Countess Elizabeth Bathory was a brilliant woman from a noble family who was believed to have murdered anywhere from 60-600 young women. This play is a fictionalized account of her life, as she was tried and convicted of her gruesome crimes... The rest is to be presumed. Don't miss out on this eerily spectacular performance and get your tickets now for Blood Countess Off-Broadway at the Players Theatre in New York City!
