Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and Pappardelle. While your pasta dough is resting, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make a fresh tomato sauce from scratch. Then we'll learn the traditional way of flattening out the dough until it can be shaped and cut into perfect ribbons.
