What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

It lets you request a full refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

Water will be available. No alcoholic beverages will be served or available for purchase.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue is ADA compliant. If you need ADA accessible parking, drive directly to the venue entrance at the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street and pull into the gated lot; our Fever staff is inside the entrance and will assist you.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a paid parking garage located at 710 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701, a block from the venue entrance. You can pay for parking digitally via the garage's app. For ADA accessible parking, drive directly to the venue entrance at the corner of 8th and San Jacinto Street, where staff will assist you.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, but it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
