The concert was beautiful and Alex did a great job teaching about the pieces they were going to play. Some of the other concert-goers had zero etiquette including talking and flash photography throughout the whole concert

This concert was amazing!! It was a beautiful date night. It was a smaller venue, so the concert felt very intimate with great sound quality. The musicians were phenomenal. Whether you want to have a relaxing evening or make it something special, anyone can enjoy this. Please turn off your flash on your phone, though. The venue workers and the musicians say it, but there were still flashes that happened during the performance.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase — your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for select events, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. It becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user. A refund covers the full ticket price except the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (refunds to card/PayPal can take 10+ days to appear; voucher purchases receive a new voucher in the app's "Vouchers" section). An exchange gives you a voucher of the same value, redeemable only for the same experience.

There's an A section with premium viewing and a B section with moderate viewing, plus standing room at the back and sides of the venue.

Approximately 65 minutes.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

In the main hall of the Parthenon, in front of the statue of Athena. The Parthenon is located at 2500 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203.
How do I get to the venue?
Enter through the Parthenon's main entrance in Centennial Park.
Is food or drink available?
No food is served, but there's a cash bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Is parking available?
Parking at Centennial Park is limited. Guests are advised to use public transportation, ride-sharing services, or street parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are encouraged for all attendees but are not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
