You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

What is the flexible refund ticket?

For select events, a flexible refund ticket is available: if you decide not to attend, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as Front Row.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 65 minutes.

Kulturkirche Altona is just a 5-minute walk from Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (lines A1, S11, S21, S31).

No, the church does not have its own car park.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your own ticket, send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide a voucher so you can buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue has wheelchair accessible access.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except service animals. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please fill out the relevant form.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets must be purchased before attending via the app or website (www.feverup.com).

What is "Candlelight Photo" and how does it work?

This optional package offers an exclusive photo session in a dedicated area, including a printed Polaroid-style instant photo. Photos can be booked online in advance or, subject to availability and card payment only, at the venue; sessions usually take place after the concert. Proof is sent via a QR code by email. You must collect your selected photos on site, as they cannot be kept or sent afterwards. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
