Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same profile you used to purchase. You'll also get a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. You can, however, change your ticket to a different date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer it to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode from your confirmation email to the person who will use it. If you have any questions, please contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 65 minutes.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and, out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Unfortunately not — no food or drink is available on site.

Is parking available?

Yes, Auditorium San Fedele has its own dedicated car park, the Autosilo San Fedele, on Via Adalberto Catena 2, just a few minutes' walk away.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Please contact us with documentation confirming the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code for the free ticket. You'll need to bring the documents along with your tickets to enter the event.

Is the event accessible?

Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Only during the final piece and without flash, as directed by the musicians.

Are animals allowed?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

Are the candles a naked flame?

No, for guests' safety all candles used are flameless.

What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?

If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Please also check your spam folder.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving.
