There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must all be purchased via the Fever app or website before you arrive.

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request free entry for your companion. To do so, contact us via the Fever customer service form, attaching the necessary supporting documents.

Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?

Yes, you must be at least 8 years old. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the concert stated on your original ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
