A Wonderful experience. It was just what I needed after my discharge only 3 days ago from a private mental health hospital 4 week stay for trauma related mind health. FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
About 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating by zone.
Is there food served?
There's a bar onsite for drinks. If you'd like to eat at one of the hotel's restaurants before the show, we recommend booking ahead by calling 07 5509 8000.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free undercover parking is available onsite (no reservation needed) — the entrance is past the hotel's main entrance, on the left of Seaworld Drive, with a lift up to the Level 1 lobby. Valet parking and an EV charging station are also available, or you can park next door at Marina Mirage.
What's the age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their carer. After purchasing your own ticket, please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones within the La Medusa Ballroom — please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What's the concert etiquette?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How do I get to the venue?
The Imperial Hotel is right next to Marina Mirage shopping centre, about 100m from the surf beach and walking distance to Sea World theme park. Inside the hotel, La Medusa Ballroom is to the left of the lobby, closest to the restaurant.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time, and if you arrive late, you won't be able to enter once it has started.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
An optional photo experience in a dedicated area, where you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style photo as a souvenir. It can be bought online with your ticket (given priority) or, while stock lasts, onsite by card only (no cash accepted). You'll choose your photo before it's printed during the concert and must collect it at the exit — pictures can't be kept for later, and there's no refund if you leave without collecting yours.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
